Job Summary
Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and educational events, including scheduling, room bookings, and material preparation. Communicate with students, instructors, and stakeholders regarding program details, schedules, and inquiries. Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and progress while monitoring program effectiveness. Provide administrative support to instructors and assist with student information about C2 Education's programs. Monitor and evaluate program delivery to make recommendations for improvement. Sessions run Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at various locations. This full-time role offers medical, vision, and dental plans, a 401(k) match, and flexible time off.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in educational program coordination
- Experience working in a classroom or educational setting
- Experience with administrative duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Passion for education and commitment to student success
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and needs
- High school diploma/GED or higher
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
