Job Summary
Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and other educational events after school and Saturdays, including scheduling, room bookings, and material preparation. Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and stakeholders about program details and changes. Provide support to students, address inquiries, and maintain records of enrollment, attendance, and progress. Monitor program effectiveness and collaborate with team members to ensure successful delivery of educational programs while maintaining a positive learning environment. Schedule and manage administrative tasks and assist with technology setup; duties may include preparing materials, managing correspondence, and supporting instructors. Hours vary (post-school hours Monday–Thursday and Saturdays) at Little Neck locations, with benefits after three months.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in educational program coordination
- Experience working in a classroom or educational setting
- Experience with administrative duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
