Job Summary
Coordinate and facilitate scheduling, events, and activities for after-school and weekend programs across multiple locations, ensuring smooth operation of educational services, accurate enrollment/attendance records, effective communication with students, instructors, and parents, and collaboration with team members to deliver high-quality educational programs. Role emphasizes scheduling logistics (classes, workshops, room bookings, materials), student inquiries, data management, program evaluation, and providing supportive administrative assistance to instructors. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a focus on student success in a tutoring/education environment. Schedule includes after-school hours, with evenings and Saturdays as noted.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or higher
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in educational program coordination
- Experience working in a classroom or educational setting
- Experience with administrative duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and needs
