Job Summary
Education Coordinator / Assistant Director to support the daily operations of a nationally accredited early childhood program. Responsibilities include educational leadership and classroom support (implement curriculum, conduct observations, coach teachers, review lesson plans for licensing/accreditation compliance, maintain a safe and nurturing environment), operations and administration (staffing, scheduling, classroom coverage, licensing compliance, records, enrollment communications, staff meetings and events, supplies management), and enrollment and family engagement (tours, enrollment growth, family relationships, onboarding, and welcoming experience). Requires experience in early childhood education; leadership/management experience preferred; knowledge of licensing regulations; strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office. Required Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education required
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations and early childhood best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with technology, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
