Job Summary
Mentor and coach teachers to ensure fidelity in Balanced Learning® curriculum implementation through regular classroom observations and tailored professional development plans. Assist with monthly curriculum preparation, monitor classroom routines, and review Evidence of Learning Portfolios for quality documentation. Partner with school leadership to monitor ratios, coordinate family conferences, and prepare for special programming while attending required webinars. Approve educational content on school platforms and maintain accurate records of coaching cycles and goal-setting sessions. Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; OR Child Development AssociateTM (CDA) CredentialTM; OR Level III Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0
- At least two years of experience in a licensed early childhood education setting
- Strong understanding of early childhood curriculum, instructional strategies, and adult coaching techniques
- Comfortable with technology platforms used for lesson planning, communication, and assessment
