Job Summary
Drive membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events while maximizing profitability via debt and revenue management. Lead a team of Tutors, coaching them to deliver outstanding learning experiences in maths and English, and champion safeguarding to ensure child safety. Balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence by hosting trial sessions, managing enquiries, and monitoring member progress through meaningful family conversations. Role model excellent tutoring practices and build the centre's reputation through local brand presence and sales activation. Full-time, permanent contract based in West or North London, starting at £27,000 PA with London weighting.
