Job Summary
Education Center Operations Manager role overseeing customer- and community-facing responsibilities: greeting families, managing student progress communications, coordinating substitute teachers, preparing classroom materials, ensuring classroom readiness, and supporting events and promotions to boost enrolments. Responsibilities include front desk inquiries, attendance tracking, and maintaining brand standards across materials. Requires strong customer service and relationship-building skills, sales mindset for promotions and retention, and bilingual ability in English and Cantonese to engage families and staff.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service/facing, hotel, members club or education centre
- Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solving
- Ability to multitask and manage classroom operations efficiently
