Job Summary
Education & B2B Marketing Coordinator for Focusrite Group Professional will execute EDU and B2B campaigns, manage events and webinars, coordinate cross-functional activities with the Director, B2B Partner Development and the Director, EDU Partner Development, work on lead-generation initiatives across North and Latin America, curate education market campaigns, coordinate exhibit plans for events, handle advertising placements and promotional assets, manage EDU and D2C content projects, and ensure on-brand messaging for education and integrator channels while supporting budgeting and logistics in a remote, collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a marketing role
- Genuine excitement about building a career in education marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong sense of personal accountability; you follow through, full stop
- Ability to manage high volumes of concurrent tasks without losing accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Some experience with on-brand, professionally voiced marketing copy writing
- Self-starter with a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to adapt quickly and stay composed when priorities shift
- Any background in event coordination, logistics, or a similarly process-driven role a plus
