Job Summary
Deliver Power of Possible (POP) and Life Skills workshops, conducting Single Stop® Benefits screenings and leading English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) ENGEN sessions. Facilitate high-energy, structured learning environments that move participants from foundational understanding to real-world application, while tracking progress through direct observation and feedback. Assess participant readiness for Work Experience, Community Service, or Short-Term Occupational Training, and maintain complete attendance records and FedcapCARES documentation within one business day. Collaborate with Career Advisors and Placement Specialists during weekly team meetings to align training with participant plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, human services, workforce development, or related field preferred
- Two years' experience in adult education, workshop facilitation, or workforce development coaching
- Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment strongly preferred
