Job Summary
Education and Training Coordinator responsible for coordinating and leading Education and Training activities at Mondelēz International’s Richmond Bakery to support operational excellence. Will drive training planning and execution, develop and track training roadmap using continuous improvement tools (Root Cause Analysis, Loss Elimination, and Lean Six Sigma concepts), and build a Skills Matrix while driving technical training, multi-skilling, and operator qualification. Accountable for maintaining training records, compliance, and KPI reporting; partner with stakeholders to ensure updated training documents and effective learning interventions, and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years manufacturing experience with Lean Six Sigma/ TPM exposure, strong planning/project-management skills, and fluency in English. Work schedule is 1st Day Shift with a base salary range of $77,600 to $106,700 plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Industrial Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within manufacturing setting with certification or exposure to Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or operational excellence methodologies
