Job Summary
Education and Talent Development Practice Area Leader: Owns strategy, pricing, revenue, and margin for the education and talent portfolio within the Chief Technology Office. Builds and scales AI education for mortgage practitioners, including public courses, workshops, coaching, online series, and certifications; leads MBA partnerships, develops instructors/coaches (including the AI Futures program), and collaborates with AI Services, AI Products, Human Futures, Operations, Brand and Marketing, and Events. Delivers customer-ready education products, accelerates adoption of AI in mortgage, and represents PhoenixTeam's authority on AI education in mortgage through stage appearances and client interactions. Measures success via revenue/margin growth, practitioner outcomes at scale, client renewals/expansion, speed from idea to in-market, and cross-division wins. Requires proven P&L leadership, a track record in education/training/L&D or professional services, strong AI knowledge, fast and high-quality delivery, excellent executive presence, collaboration skills, and comfort in a fast-changing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven business-line or P&L leadership
- Experience in education, training, L&D, or professional services
- Strong command of AI and generative AI; mortgage industry experience a strong plus
- Bias to ship fast and with high quality
- Excellent communication and presence with executives
- Collaborator who builds trust across teams
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, high-ambiguity environment
