ÉDUCATEUR/TRICE-EDUCATOR

Conduct daily education and rehabilitation for youth clients in rehabilitation centers under the YPA or YCJA by implementing techniques through daily living activities and organizing scheduled programs. Observe and analyze client behavior, participate in needs and ability evaluations, and document progress through appropriate reports. Collaborate with social workers to develop intervention plans based on client needs and legal mandates to end compromise situations and prevent multiple placements. Physically intervene with clientele as a last resort during imminent danger. This role supports client reintegration into society through structured programs and behavioral support.
