Conceive and animate engaging pedagogical activities that stimulate children's curiosity while ensuring their safety. Organize and lead your section team to foster a harmonious work atmosphere. Drive section projects from conception to implementation, promoting team cohesion. Actively participate in the nursery life to continuously improve reception practices. Pursue ongoing internal training to enrich skills and stay current in early childhood fields. This role applies Montessori, Pikler, and Malaguzzi pedagogical approaches within people & baby's network of over 1,800 structures. Candidates must hold a state diploma in early childhood education.
