Utilize computerized systems to maintain updated patient records, register information collected during scheduling and attendance, and collect pharmacovigilance and technical complaint reports for submission to quality and industry sectors within prescribed deadlines. Coordinate patient exam scheduling adhering to client authorizations and request informational materials via the system while assisting the supervisor with administrative tasks. Requires a technical or higher health degree, basic Office skills, and telecommunication experience.
