Job Summary
EdTech Co-Founder / Head of Sales (100% remote) leads and operates as a founder-level executive to build and scale an EdTech startup. You will own, build, and run the startup within the EWOR Fellows framework, receive ongoing coaching from unicorn founders, and drive product-market-fit while constructing a sales force and a marketing engine with support from a large professional network. You will engage in intensive development to prepare the startup for fundraising and scale toward €100M+ in revenues, with funding options up to €500k during the program. You will collaborate with serial entrepreneurs to hire top talent, reach investors, and grow a multi-market GTM strategy, while aligning with English-language communication standards and a fully remote operating model. Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation, you will be responsible for shaping strategy, hiring, and executing initiatives to build a €1B+ company together with the founders. Locations hint at Helsinki, Finland, but the role is described as 100% remote.
