Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver Lakeland Power's Electricity Demand-Side Management (eDSM) initiatives in alignment with Lakeland Power and IESO program requirements; support and enhance marketing strategies to increase participation in Save on Energy programs; amplify marketing efforts to maintain customer trust across print, digital, social media, and events; deliver presentations and training to internal teams, customers, and partners; visit customer sites across Lakeland’s six municipalities to provide program education and application support; build relationships with industry stakeholders and trade allies to support program uptake; support preparation and management of eDSM budgets and reporting including IESO quarterly submissions and annual reports; monitor program performance and develop future eDSM plans; investigate and support development of eDSM Stream 2 opportunities and identify initiatives with internal teams; support application development and implementation for new programs; ensure consistent messaging, education, and program materials across channels.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, energy management, environmental studies, or a related field
- Experience in program coordination, marketing, or customer engagement
- Familiarity with utility programs, energy conservation, or Save on Energy initiatives is an asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tracking or CRM systems
