EDS Service Department Coordinator

Job Summary
Department Coordinator to schedule technicians for customer sites, manage job details and tickets, collect COD payments before job completion, align tickets with schedules for materials, billing and voided tickets, generate and review department reports, assist with billing paperwork and service quotes, support field technicians with troubleshooting, and provide accurate work orders and picking lists to warehouse; grow with a company offering comprehensive benefits and a clear path to success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a dispatch or other high volume administration field is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional representation of the company
