Job Summary
Define front-end architecture for enterprise-scale web applications integrated with Adobe Edge Delivery Services and Adobe Experience Manager. Lead the overall EDS migration strategy, assess websites for migration patterns, and document scalable implementation approaches. Establish coding standards, performance optimization strategies, and ensure alignment with accessibility and security requirements. Develop reusable front-end components using React or Angular while integrating Adobe Experience Cloud solutions for personalized, data-driven experiences. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and partner with UX and backend teams to deliver high-performing digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional front-end development experience
- 3+ years in an architect or technical lead role
- Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) front-end development, particularly AEM SPA Editor
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS), including configuration, deployment, and integration
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (preferred) or Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and SASS
- Solid understanding of REST and GraphQL API integration, asynchronous data handling, and caching strategies
- Experience with performance tuning, code splitting, and lazy loading for large-scale applications
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and SEO optimization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to lead by influence and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities

- Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Architect or AEM Sites Developer)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) integration
- Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of headless CMS architectures and JAMstack approaches
