Job Summary
Edna Valley Tasting Room & Deli Associate responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences through wine tastings, assisting guests with wine and merchandise, preparing and serving deli offerings, maintaining a clean environment, processing sales via POS, stocking displays, supporting events, and upholding safety and brand standards. Requires hospitality experience, strong customer service, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, weekend availability, HS diploma or equivalent, and willingness to obtain RBS Certification. Tasting room role includes tips and commissions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have or be willing to acquire RBS Certification
- At least one-year experience in hospitality industry (preferred) or related experience
- Customer service and/or retail experience
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Flexible in working weekends and special events
- Experience with POS System is a plus
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Adherence to safety regulations and operating procedures
