Job Summary
Entry-Level EDM Operator responsible for operating and monitoring EDM machines under supervision, setting up workpieces and tooling, reading and following basic blueprints and work instructions, performing routine inspections with measuring tools, maintaining a clean and safe work area, assisting with machine maintenance and troubleshooting, and meeting production and quality standards. Shift hours are 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Based in a manufacturing environment, the role emphasizes precision machining and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
