Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years experience operating EDM machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code
- Strong understanding of EDM principles, including electrode design and material science
- Experience with precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMM)
- Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
