Job Summary
Seeking a skilled EDM Machinist, Programmer, and Technical Team Leader to set up, program, and operate EDM machines, lead a team, and ensure precision manufacturing in aerospace, energy, and defense sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Sinker EDM and Wire EDM machines
- Ability to lead and mentor teammates
- Maintain high standards of quality control and safety
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Sinker EDM experience with aerospace-grade materials
- 5+ years of hands-on Wire EDM experience with aerospace-grade materials
- Experience with 5-axis EDM machining
- Proven leadership or team lead experience in precision machining or manufacturing
- Solid knowledge of AS9100 standards
- Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, CAD Models, and tight-tolerance EDM machining
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for craftsmanship and team success
