Job Summary
Editorial Engagement Support Assistant (EESA) provides data governance for editor and reviewer records, ensures records comply with data standards across enterprise systems, supports onboarding of editors/reviewers, manages editor/reviewer invitations and APC token requests, and delivers customer service to editors and reviewers throughout their lifecycle; collaborates with Journal Owners, GPO, SNAPP, and other teams to ensure access and smooth workflows, while advocating for data quality and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of 2+ years
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience with STM journal publishing
- Customer service experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
