Job Summary
Manage the Editorial Director's calendar, develop publisher presentations, and execute podcast operations. Assist with book selection processes by maintaining databases, drafting editorial copy, and analyzing performance data. Draft licensing agreements, input content into company systems, and support hardcover and audiobook production. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for original print acquisition and collections. Support Allurial initiatives by evaluating books, executing ads and creative, and managing the influencer program. Project manage Member Experience initiatives to optimize box rates and books per box while synthesizing platform insights.
