Job Summary
Editorial Administrator in Chester (Hybrid) supporting Adis Rapid+ Journal Publishing team. Provide scientific administrative support to ensure timely online publication of journals, coordinate projects with internal departments and external authors/clients, manage article workflow, coordinate peer review by researching and allocating appropriate reviewers, assist authors through all publication stages, support Editors with journal development tasks and email campaigns, assist with business development activities and client databases, coordinate invoicing and financial support for published articles, collaborate to improve workflows, and contribute to growth of the journal portfolio. Essential skills include BSc or equivalent in a scientific discipline, ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines, excellent communication, strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and computer literacy. Opportunities to work partly from Manchester office; Chester is the main office location.
Required Qualifications
- BSc or equivalent, ideally in a scientific discipline
