Editor-in-Chief of SUCCESS magazine leads editorial, creative, and strategic direction for print and digital. Oversees six annual print issues, editorial calendar across print, web, email, and social platforms, and maintains voice, tone, and journalistic integrity. Combines hands-on writing/editing with guiding contributors, shaping marquee content, and managing an AI-assisted editorial workflow to increase speed, quality, and output. Responsibilities include defining editorial vision, concepting and supervising feature stories and cover stories, managing freelance writers and a contributor network, ensuring publication-ready content, producing long-form pieces, and aligning editorial initiatives with brand goals. The role requires strong editorial judgment, operational discipline, comfort with modern AI tools, and the ability to lead in a lean, high-output environment with a hands-on operator mindset.
