Edith Bowen Laboratory School Substitute Teacher

Provide supervision for a classroom or student groups as assigned, ensuring the safety of all students and employees. Communicate clearly with staff and share a detailed report with the substituted teacher or aide. Assist students in continued learning by following provided lesson plans while abiding by health and safety protocols. This as-needed role serves during the 2026-2027 public school year, with shifts typically ranging from four to seven and a half hours daily. Compensation is based on licensure and shift length, ranging from $55 to $120 per day.
