Job Summary
Two-year Edison Engineering Development Program: GE HealthCare's rotational engineering leadership program for entry-level engineers, designed to accelerate technical development through diverse R&D assignments across multiple engineering domains (electrical, mechanical, software, imaging/algorithms, biomedical engineering) with structured technical and leadership training. Open to domestic/international new graduates with master's or higher degrees, graduating by July 2026, who show strong teamwork, communication in English and Chinese, and potential for leadership. Includes rotations and exposure to healthcare technology, with relocation available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering related, Image Processing and Algorithms / Software Development or Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (as per directional list)
- Graduating by July 2026
- Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities
- Strong teamwork and leadership potential
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
- Basic understanding of the medical industry, passion for technical R&D, willingness to innovate and take on challenges
- Good problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude
