Job Summary
Senior eDiscovery Project Manager leads client engagements for the EMS queue, serving as the primary contact and case consultant for clients interacting with the Epiq EMS group on their e-discovery projects. The PM trains and manages a team to service a designated client queue, maintains client and project information, and coordinates with other departments to implement optimal solutions. Represents Epiq in relationships with clients and third parties, monitors the work of CS team members, and reports progress to the Regional CS Manager to optimize workloads across departments. Candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions for non-technical audiences. Requires adaptability, high organization, and the ability to manage multiple processes; availability to work extended hours when project loads increase; capability to work effectively in a team-based environment. Education and Certifications: 3+ years in e-discovery; hosting services experience a plus; RCA or Analytics Expert certifications are favorable. This role also requires willingness to work on-call periodically and occasional weekends as part of project coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-discovery environment
- Hosting services experience a significant plus
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity Certified Analytics Expert (RCAE) is a plus
