eDiscovery Project Manager, Managed Services

Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end e-discovery matters as the primary client point of contact, providing consultative advice on data collections, processing workflows, and analytics. Create and maintain project schedules, define resource requirements, and forecast budgets while managing invoices. Mentor and delegate to internal teams, ensuring quality standards are met across all deliverables. Generate regular reporting metrics on KPIs and distribute updates to stakeholders. Lead client-facing meetings and manage expectations for multiple concurrent projects. This hybrid role in Toronto requires a BA/BS degree, three years of project management experience, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 5 years in the litigation support / legal industry
- 3 years' experience as a Project Manager
- Fluent (written/verbal) in English
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Relativity review platform
- Working knowledge of civil procedure and document disclosure requirements in Canada
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs
- The ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively
- Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project managers
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present detailed reports/updates to all stakeholders
- The ability to lead client-facing meetings (virtual or in-person)
- This is a hybrid role, based in our Toronto office
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in French a plus
- Experience with or understanding of handling forensic collections
- Demonstrated working knowledge of other eDiscovery applications (Everlaw, Reveal)
