Job Summary
Provide end-to-end oversight of multiple discovery matters as the primary client point of contact, managing concurrent projects with varying complexity. Create and maintain project schedules, define resource requirements, and forecast budgets while monitoring quality standards across data collections, processing, and production deliverables. Forecast, track, and manage project budgets. Forecast, track and manage project budgets. Generate and distribute reporting metrics and KPIs on a regular basis. Mentor and guide junior members of the portfolio team to ensure successful client relationships. Contribute to business development activities including sales presentations and QBRs. Available for a flexible schedule driven by client requirements that will periodically exceed a standard 40 hour work week depending on project needs.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- minimum 3 years in the litigation support / legal industry
- 3 years experience using the Relativity platform or equivalent eDiscovery tools
- Willingness to travel
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
- Demonstrated experience coordinating project work and resources with global resources
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs
- The ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively
- Available for a flexible schedule driven by client requirements that will periodically exceed a standard 40 hour work week depending on project needs
- Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project managers
