Job Summary
Partner with clients to understand business and case requirements and recommend appropriate eDiscovery solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop project plans, timelines, and delivery strategies while monitoring execution to ensure deliverables meet scope, quality standards, and deadlines. Provide regular project updates, reporting, and communication throughout the engagement lifecycle. Support client use of Relativity by troubleshooting technical issues, investigating data integrity problems, and processing client data using Relativity Processing workflows. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project success and client satisfaction. Occasional availability outside standard business hours is required during active data productions or urgent escalations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing eDiscovery, litigation support Projects
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients in a consultative or project management capacity
- Experience supporting eDiscovery workflows and technologies
- Experience managing or supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of eDiscovery matters in Relativity (RelativityOne, Relativity Server, or both), including processing workflows, review readiness, productions, quality control, issue resolution, and coordination with technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Availability outside standard business hours to meet client deadlines (e.g., during active data productions or urgent client escalations)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with EverLaw
- Experience supporting hosted review environments
- Experience managing complex litigation, investigation, or regulatory matters
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with data processing concepts, including deduplication, load file management, processing exceptions, and production workflows
