Job Summary
Execute eDiscovery lifecycle tasks from data collection and processing through document review and production while managing project portfolios and mitigating risks. Fulfill tickets for electronically stored information collection and processing, ensuring quality control and volume reporting. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with internal stakeholders across IT, security, and governance to maintain progress and quality standards. Compose reports for attorneys, organize legal files, and respond to inquiries regarding data, process issues, and billing matters. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or a related legal operations function
- Bachelor's degree required
- paralegal certificate (ABA approved), JD, or equivalent legal education preferred
Desired Qualifications
