Job Summary
Manage eDiscovery matter and case closure activities, including coordinating data disposition, archival, and destruction processes with chain-of-custody documentation and Certificate of Destruction distribution. Monitor storage capacity, enforce data retention policies, and conduct scheduled platform maintenance while performing data migration between systems. Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure secure, compliant operations, utilizing command-line tools and secure remote access for disk space analysis and cleanup. Requires strong organization, multi-tasking under tight deadlines, and proficiency with text editors and cloud transfer tools.
