Job Summary
Lead multiple eDiscovery matters by coordinating complex tasks across the full EDRM, managing data ingestion, and configuring review platforms to ensure accurate, defensible delivery. Handle client requests and communications proactively while troubleshooting technical issues and designing tailored workflows for complex data types. Serve as a responsive client contact, translating technical processes into actionable guidance and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Mentor junior team members, champion continuous learning, and collaborate with internal departments to support seamless service delivery. Ensure secure handling of digital evidence and maintain chain of custody throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to innovation by piloting new tools and supporting the adoption of advanced technologies like AI and TAR.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- minimum 3 years in the litigation support / legal industry
- 3 years' experience using the Relativity or other eDiscovery Review platform
- Willingness to travel
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
- Demonstrated experience coordinating project work and resources with global resources
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs
- The ability to confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively
- Strong teamwork, communication (written and oral), client management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, including teams of supporting project managers
