Job Summary
Manage the Client Services team and assigned client relationships through effective project management coordination and execution. Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives, owning the service delivery relationship and acting as the internal and external point of contact for project issues. Drive client satisfaction by coordinating deliverables, resolving complex problems through internal remediation, and establishing best practices to meet specific client needs. Lead the hiring, training, and development of the team while reporting on project budgets, revenue forecasting, and financial status. Work with operational departments to enhance service quality and participate in cadenced client business reviews. Requires 5-7 years of eDiscovery experience and Relativity certification. Remote role with extended hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- deep understanding of eDiscovery and litigation support
- at least 5-7 years in relevant positions with law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Proven leadership and staff development skills
- Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects
- Oral and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Previous client relationship skills
- A solid understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model
- database design and management
- data processing activities

- Bachelor's (BA) Degree
Desired Qualifications
- A graduate degree such as a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree or Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
- Relevant eDiscovery or Project Management certifications
- Relativity Certified Administrators
