eDiscovery Analyst (Multiple Offices)

Job Summary

Translate technical issues and eDiscovery best practices to case teams to enable confidence in outcomes. Perform day-to-day technical and operational tasks including data processing, exception handling, data loading, analytics deployment, and database maintenance. Create and modify load files from scratch, run productions, and maintain defensible documentation using Relativity, Casefleet, and other management tools. Manage multiple matters with moderate direct supervision while recognizing situations requiring non-standard solutions. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office initially, transitioning to 1 day, with potential evening and weekend work. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $145,000 depending on location, with bonuses and benefits available.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an eDiscovery Analyst, preferably in a large law firm environment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, focused on clarity, accuracy and tact
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Customer service orientation with attention to detail and process management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to case teams with moderate direct supervision
  • Emotional intelligence and professionalism consistent with the firm's performance culture
  • Associate's Degree
  • Hands on skill with the following tools: Relativity, including Relativity processing
  • Editing and conversion applications such as UltraEdit, NotePad++ and TextPad
  • Knowledge of advanced text editors such as Ready Suite, Notepad++, UltraEdit, TextPad, EM editor
  • Transcript/exhibit and key fact management tools such as Casefleet, TextMap, Legora, Everchron, Opus2
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, MS Teams
  • Basic understanding of forensic data collection tools and methodologies
  • Working indoors with limited exposure to hazards (only those that customarily come up in working in a high-rise or office building)
  • Indoor office work environment
  • This position has a unique hybrid arrangement with a graduated in office requirement. For the first 6 months, the requirement will be a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and working from home the rest of the week. After the initial ramp up/training period is complete, and with approval, the requirement will transition to a minimum of 1 day per week in the office and working from home the rest of the week
  • Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
