Job Summary
Manage electronic document production, database creation, and troubleshooting for eDiscovery engagements while processing incoming production sets into the firm's repository. Conduct data manipulation, conversion, imaging, and migration of single records or production sets, then provide customized reporting and specialized search creation. Coordinate with project managers to establish end-user needs, anticipate case team requirements, and proactively deliver support services. Take primary or secondary lead on e-Discovery projects, maintain extensive knowledge of litigation support software, and share leveraged resources across the firm. Enter billable time entries to meet a 1400 annual hour expectation and adhere to a rotating weekly after-hours/weekend on-call schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the legal field in eDiscovery, litigation support, paralegal, attorney or review project management
- Ability to work nights and/or weeks as work demands
- This position regularly requires in office attendance during normal business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Monday to Fridays
Desired Qualifications
- Excel / Power BI experience, a plus
- VB / VBA experience, a plus
- Experience with client services in a professional environment or account management in a technical environment
- Platform-specific certifications such as Relativity Admin Certification, a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high demanding environment
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information for problem solving and troubleshooting requests from clients
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high growth atmosphere without sacrificing quality of client service
- Ability to work successfully both in a team and as an individual contributor
