Job Summary
Edibles Production Technician responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining food-grade processing and packaging equipment; executing production orders on time; maintaining cGMP-compliant records; following recipes, safety, sanitation, and PPE requirements; supporting process improvements and cross-functional production needs; performing physically demanding tasks (standing for long periods, repetitive motion, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and variable environments); contributing to a team culture focused on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year in food, beverage, or manufacturing production (regulated environment preferred)
- Knowledge of cGMP, Food Safety, HACCP, OSHA, or similar standards preferred
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and basic computer entry
- Flexible, dependable, and reliable transportation
