Job Summary
The role provides operational support for global EDI integrations, handling day-to-day EDI operations, monitoring message flows, and resolving issues across in-house and managed service platforms and ERP backends. Acts as the primary point of contact for EDI queries, coordinates with internal teams and partners to troubleshoot and resolve integration problems, documents support processes and configurations, and contributes to continuous improvement and system upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of EDI processes and standards (X12, EDIFACT, CSV, XML)
- Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting EDI transactions
- Familiarity with OpenText as a managed EDI service, including partner onboarding, message tracking, and issue resolution
- Working knowledge of SAP systems related to EDI integration
- Ability to investigate and resolve data flow or transactional issues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in a support or analyst role within an EDI and SAP-integrated environment
