Develop and execute multi-channel field marketing programs including events, digital campaigns, and email to drive lead generation and pipeline progression for commuter benefits offerings. Plan and execute owned and sponsored field marketing events such as webinars and industry conferences, measuring effectiveness and optimizing based on quantitative data and qualitative inputs. Manage the US Marketing budget by maintaining invoice and PO process accuracy, updating actuals, and collaborating with the wider team to ensure correct dollar amounts. Track and analyze field activity performance to measure ROI, identify trends, and derive actionable insights for optimizing marketing strategies and tactics. Prepare regular reports on field marketing activities and results, highlighting key performance indicators and achievements. Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify impactful activities for new logo acquisition and support opportunity progression while working effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales.
