Job Summary
Perform advanced nondestructive examinations using methods like Eddy Current/RFT/IRIS. Analyze complex inspection data and create detailed reports while ensuring adherence to industry codes and safety protocols. Candidates will lead inspection scopes, mentor junior technicians, and interface with clients to communicate findings. Multiple certifications in NDT and safety training are preferred, alongside the ability to work in various environmental conditions and maintain professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening background check
- Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials
- Ability to provide relevant documentation in support of obtaining one or multiple Team Level II Qualifications/Certifications in accordance with Team’s written practice and certification schema
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate results to peers, clients, and supervisors
- Ability to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments including confined spaces, elevated work areas, and extreme weather
- Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Multiple Conventional NDT Level II/III certifications or ASNT/PCN/CGSB equivalencies
- API 510/570/653, CWI, AMPP or other advanced certifications
- Radiation Safety Training / IRRSP or State Industrial Radiographer Card
- Current TWIC, OSHA 10/30, or other industry-standard safety certifications
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver in a standard, refinery or plant environment
- Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities
- Sufficient vision or other powers of observation
- Sufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to maintain focus and multitask with effective communication skills
