Job Summary
Role accountable for Retailer, eCommerce, Activate and Vendor Onboarding, Engagement, and Compliance Improvement for received data. Leads a group of countries/Retailers and collaborates with Suppliers, eData Analysts, and Project Managers to enhance relationships and improve data quality and SLAs. Responsibilities include tracking Retailer Data Quality, conducting reviews with internal stakeholders and suppliers, driving quality-improvement initiatives, managing onboarding plans for suppliers, and acting as the SPOC for local market leadership on data delivery and KPI improvements. Requires strong communication and negotiation skills, extensive knowledge of Retail data (POS and supply chain), SAP/transactional data handling, ETL concepts, and 5+ years of experience; Master’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or technical institute degree/certificate or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of relevant professional work experience
- Understanding of Nielsen connect operations or similar experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; local market language skills (if required by markets)
