ED & Urgent Care Clinical Resource RN (Part-time)

Conduct bi-weekly nursing rounds in the Inpatient Unit and serve as the nursing liaison for Interdisciplinary Team meetings. Assess and document patient acuity, manage admissions and discharges, and actively round hourly through the Inpatient Unit, ED, and PACU to establish priorities. Respond to trauma activations and emergency situations, oversee crash cart checks, and perform random medical chart audits to identify care improvements. Ensure beds are utilized appropriately to meet daily census goals while assisting clinical staff with day-to-day performance. Participate in at least one nursing committee and serve as the Inpatient EMR "Super User." Requires current Colorado license, BLS, and 5 years of acute care experience. Wage starts at $40.02 per hour with a full benefits package including 403(b) matching and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision options.
