Ed Tech- Title I Reading

Provide small-group and individual reading intervention under the direction of certified instructional staff, implementing evidence-based literacy programs to improve phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. Monitor student progress, document results, and communicate updates with teachers and intervention staff while assisting with assessments and data collection. Prepare instructional materials, maintain accurate records, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment for elementary students in grades K–5. Collaborate with classroom teachers and administrators to deliver targeted support for foundational literacy skills. Participate in professional learning and collaborative planning meetings.
