Job Summary
Provides basic nursing care including bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and toileting; records vital signs and weights per policy; provides hands-on patient/client care; assists with grooming, meals, hydration, and care plans; assists physician or licensed nurse with treatments and procedures; assists with toileting and incontinence care; observes and reports changes in patient condition to charge nurse or supervisor; supports care team with patient rights and confidentiality; requires High School Diploma or Equivalent and BLS; Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential for New Hampshire; 1-2 years of clinical/medical office or Nursing Assistant experience preferred; 36-hour night shift onsite at Dover, NH.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- BLS Certification
- Nursing Assistant (LNA) - New Hampshire Board of Nursing
- Experience 1-2 years preferred or Nursing Assistant Experience 0-1 year preferred
- Knowledge of patient rights, privacy and confidentiality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
