Job Summary
Support patients with daily living tasks, including meals, personal care, and progressive mobility. Assess patients' quality of life regarding nutrition, hydration, and elimination to anticipate needs. Admit, transfer, and discharge patients to appropriate locations. Assist with elimination needs, ostomy care, enemas, and condom catheters. Maintain unit inventories of supplies and equipment to ensure a safe environment. Verify fall risk patients have appropriate armbands, socks, and signage. Requires BLS certification and Nurse Aide Certification with 6 months of related experience. Weekend schedule from 7a-7p.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of related experience
- BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
- Nurse Aide Certification
- Must be available for every weekend 7a-7p
