Job Summary
ER Tech at Idaho Falls Community Hospital providing basic nursing care within the nursing assistant scope, serving as department receptionist, performing general admin duties, inputting data in EMR, assisting with scheduling and operational processes, transporting patients and specimens, stocking supplies, and assisting with equipment maintenance. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and certification as CNA or EMT with current BLS. Responsibilities span clinical care and clerical functions to support Emergency Department operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a certified nursing assistant program OR completion of EMT certification
- Current unencumbered CNA certification OR EMT license
- Current BLS
