ED Divisional Per Diem RN-TJUH, Methodist and JHN Emergency Departments

Per Diem ED Staff Nurse for Jefferson Health, rotating across TJUH, Methodist, and JHN Emergency Departments. Responsibilities include performing patient procedures within the nursing scope, safe medication administration, assessing patient responses, participating in clinical pathways and care coordination, delivering professional nursing care to a group of patients within defined timeframes, and completing required documentation. Requires BSN degree preferred, active RN license, BLS and ACLS, with two years of RN experience in relevant specialties; orientation consists of four shifts across the three campuses. Per diem commitment is at least 48 hours per six weeks, with weekend coverage and holiday premium days as described. Strong emphasis on documentation and clinical teamwork.
