Job Summary
Coordinate patient intake and manage front-desk operations in the emergency department at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital. Provide customer service to patients and families while maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth workflow during 90% full-time night shifts. Maintain Basic Life Support/CPR certification and assist with emergency response protocols. This role includes rotating weekend schedules with holiday coverage and offers shift differentials, on-call pay, and tuition reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in a customer service related field
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare related field
- 6 months of experience in an emergency room or critical care environment as: Receptionist, Nursing Assistant, Nurse, Paramedic, EMT, Fire Fighter, Police Officer, 911 Dispatcher, or experience in military service
- Emergency Medical Technician
